Due to recent global events, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill orders being shipped to Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine until further notice. Thank you for your patience, we will update our shipping capabilities when this changes.

All non-clothing merchandise is FINAL SALE.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

SmithStore returns are subject to a $15.00 return fee plus $0.30 pick/pack fee per item.

Regular priced clothing purchases from SmithStore can be returned by shipping the unwashed, unworn item(s) to the address below within 30 days of purchase. Please email ssb@gilmore.ca and notify us of your return with your order number, item(s) being returned, and tracking information (if possible). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Please ensure your customer information including order number and billing address is included, in order for us to properly process your return.
